It’s how the Company responds to those mistakes is what makes that company who they are. In search of getting our windows and doors replaced I had received very positive feedback from some coworkers about Window World and decided to get a quote from Marc. He was very helpful as well as knowledgeable of the products and was able to guide us through the process of selecting the correct windows and doors for our home. Approximately 8weeks later the windows arrived and Ashley scheduled a convenient time for us to have them installed. Roger and his crew came out and replaced our windows but after the installation, the next day i noticed damage to the window frames from the install as well as some window trim issues. I immediately took photos and sent them to WW. Without hesitation, they were apologetic and wanted to make it right.They made No Excuses! I had to take pictures of serial numbers and damaged parts to send to them so they could order new window frames as well as trim pieces. Several weeks later I was contacted again to have the window frames and trim pieces replaced at our convenience. Roger arrived before his crew and was very apologetic and wanted nothing more than our complete satisfaction. They once again removed 4 window frames and replaced and resealed like new as well as replaced window trim pieces at NO EXTRA COST TO US! Roger once again apologized to my wife and I before leaving. Our doors arrived a few weeks later and once again, Ashley help us schedule a day that was convenient for us to have them replaced. Demetrius and his helper did an awesome job with both doors. However, Demetrius had to inform me that unfortunately he had cut one of our outside door molding incorrectly and would have to reorder another one that would take a few weeks to arrive. The fact that he pointed out his mistake and wanted to make it right was something consumers don’t see very often today. The molding arrived as promised and once again scheduled and installed at OUR convenience. Could WW have done things differently? Sure! But in the end they made it right without making excuses or putting us off. I was contacted by the owner of the company later and he was apologetic as well and he had hoped that what was done was to our 100% satisfaction and hoped that we would share our story. Thank you Window World of the Carolinas! I can honestly say I would recommend this company to anyone.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company.
