He listened carefully to our project needs, recommended the right tools for our scope, and arranged prompt delivery to our site—on time and exactly as promised. He followed up to confirm that the equipment arrived in good order, helped troubleshoot a minor setup question, and ensured everything was returned seamlessly. I called the day it was to be delivered just to check up on it was told they forgot to call to let me know that they had no lift to fill my order. Sorry way to run a business.
