  I had the pleasure of working with Plummer Jarrid Kerns from Travis Croft Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment he arrived, Jarrid was prompt, polite, and incredibly professional. He quickly addressed the issues I had with a leaking faucet, demonstrating both expertise and efficiency. What impressed me even more was his willingness to discuss options for my aging home water filtration system. Jarrid took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of an upgraded system that would cater to both my current and future needs. His exceptional interpersonal skills made both my wife and me feel comfortable and confident in our decision-making process.   Tim was on time, polite and explained everything to me, what he was inspecting, what he found, amd what I might do to fix issues, in a clear way so that I could understand my options amd feel good about my decision. Repairs are stressful because the consumer feels like they are at the mercy of the professionals on site, but Tim did not make me feel pressured at all. The repairs I chose to proceed with were done completely and then reviewed with me to make sure I was satisfied; I was.

  I scheduled 3 technicians on the same day because why not? Long story short, excellent all around. Tim, Dillon and Zander were all top professionals from the onset for plumbing, electrical and HVAC respectively - providing arrival time notifications, clear and concise communication on the work that was to be done, progress and repair recommendations. They were friendly, considerate, approachable and knowledgeable in their craft. The level of repair work was also top notch and I'm really glad to have the Travis Crawford team as my home's maintenance provider.

  Our technician, Danny Hamlin is AWESOME!!! He did our first heating maintenance and inspection last week and was so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with the maintenance performance. No corners are cut with Danny! He did a great job taking photos of all the areas he inspected and taking his time to explain everything in detail to my husband and I. Danny was also so great with our 3 yr old and 2 dogs! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and seems like an all around great guy! Thank you Danny and the great team at Travis Crawford! 😊

  I called Thursday afternoon the 23 Oct..The young Lady that answered my call,took down my info..She said that she would have someone call me back..I,didn't hear anything that afternoon..I,called back late Friday morning and spoke with the same young Lady..She apologized and said she would get someone to call me back..Never heard anything..About 6pm she called me and apologized again,stating that they were short 2 people and the guy that was supposed to call me back was in meetings all day..She asked if he could call me back on Monday..I said sure. Welllll..here it is 430pm on Tuesday the 28th and still no call back.. I guess they don't want my business..I'm in the market for a NEW Hvac system and duct work replacement.. Good luck trying to get a call back..Sam Schipman I wanted to update my initial post..I was contacted later that afternoon..They scheduled on Wednesday for one of their salesman to do a survey on the work that needed to be done.. Jaron was very pleasant young Man..He spent about 45 minutes or so going over the plans of replacing the ductwork and removal of the old heat and A/C and installing 2 new pieces of equipment.. They got back to me later in the day with a quote,which I agreed with..Then on Thursday 30 Oct the crew showed up about 0830,and proceeded to start the work..They spent 11 hours here that same day finishing up the work.. They also installed a new thermostat and showed me the setup..The crew were GREAT.. They installed Rheem equipment.. I am very PLEASED with the work these men have done.. They've called me a few days later to see how the things were working.. I highly recommend Travis Crawford and his team to do the work..The price was reasonable and cheaper than the 3 estimates I got my from the other companies..
