Tim had packed up thinking he had exhausted his investigative options, but discovered another cleanout, so he unpacked his truck and went back to work. When it became apparent the break was on the city side, Tim advised us of how to best proceed. Very professional and kind.

My compressor only cools and I heat through a Hydro-Air system. The tech couldn’t have been out of school for more than a few months and should not have been on a call without a more seasoned tech. His advice was to replace the unit which seems to be the go to answer for techs that have no idea how to repair what’s in front of them. Now I have to call another company to figure out why my system isn’t heating like it should.

The last time they came because our thermostat was not switching from cold to hot air. tech came found a wire that wasn't connected. We were not even charged a fee for coming out. Didn't try to oversell us or tell us that the system was "on its last leg" which is what happened when we had another company come out earlier in the year.
