- NONoah O'BrienFeb 22, 20261.0Genuinely one of the worst businesses of all time. I rarely, if ever, care to review anything. But this has to be the scummiest, most pathetic scams of a business I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Since November of 2025, the elevator this business “maintains and repairs” has gone down TWENTY THREE TIMES. Over half of these instances occur within the SAME DAY of “repair.” Most recently, the elevator was functional for a grand total of SIX HOURS before breaking down again. And each time, we directly report to them that they are clearly not taking the time to fix the operative issue with the elevator, that whatever they’re doing is clearly only a bandage that doesn’t actually address what’s wrong. Now, they’ve altered their business model to require payment UPFRONT to just show up and NOT fix it. Not only that, it took 5 days for them to appear after the report was made urgent. So in short, TK Elevator should be shut down. It’s a useless company that deserves to be shuttered for scammy business practices and not actually trying to fix the problem.

When I call for an issue they come right out, address the issue & just get it done. Very helpful & knowledgeable techs. Glad to have them attached to my property!
