  Jennifer Brown and the team did an amazing job extremely professional. She was pleasant to speak with and efficient in the work that was done. The company in itself is terrific. I would recommend Signature Exteriors 100 percent!!!! Jon and Isaac was great the whole time. Extremely professional company!!!!!

  Signature Exteriors did a phenomenal job. The new roof on our rental property looks great! They did a great job cleaning up and were easy to work with. We primarily with John Hannaway who was our sales representative who spent a lot of time answering all our questions and going above and beyond. Then the scheduling team and on site construction team checked in with us throughout the project to ensure we were happy with how everything was going and giving us updates. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

  Signature Exteriors was the first company to respond to my new roof request and they were the first to get out on scene. I called multiple 4.9 plus star companies with over 100 reviews. They were smart to send Jon out to have a look at the current roof and go over my options. Jon was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and an effective communicator. He went into my attic with me and explained matters in a context which I could actually understand. He pointed out items I did not notice and educated me on roof structure engineering I didn’t know even existed. Jon was able to get the shingle I requested and at a very reasonable price that was one of the most competitive I received. We worked over at least several weeks of text messages and once we came to an agreement he and his team (along with Isaac) came out and completed replacing our entire roof in one day. I added larger gutters and downspouts to the house and requested their team to adjust the pitch on my covered pergola. To my surprise, Jon had the entire gutter along my pergola replaced with the new larger gutter without any extra cost. Walter did an amazing job on the gutters and despite some hiccups and miscommunication we got them done in a fairly quick manner. I had some custom requests which really caused most of that. With that being said, the team did an amazing job on the roof and were diligent in laying a protective tarp down around the house to prevent excess of nails and debris. They were thorough in their post roofing work following up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. I have to say, it was Jon’s persistence, character, and knowledge of the trade that sealed the deal for me. Great guy and it was a pleasure to do business with him and his company.

  I had a tree fall on my house, damaging a section of my roof, and these guys were able to work with my insurance in order to get the WHOLE roof covered, as well as the decking supporting it. Not only that, they were able to get soffits, fascia, and gutters covered on the front end of my house. All of this was done w/ minimal effort on my end. Kyle was a pleasure to work with, he was very thorough and never pushy. Katelyn in the office communicated exceptionally throughout the process. Isaac was very clear and direct in describing the nature of the work, as it evolved, and clearly outlining expectations. They weren't pushy for payment, and were patient in waiting for all of the supplemental checks to come through. And, as far as the work goes, it was all done very efficiently and was very well done. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and will definitely come back for any other exterior work that I need done on my home!
