After experiencing multiple sinus and respiratory infections, we had a certified mold inspector come into test. The lab results came back at 17,000 ppms while the rest of our house was below 100 ppms. There is no other water source in the area that would have caused this. After a full tear out and renovation of the closet, and $17k+ later we are now mold free. We used another source because we needed to take immediate action due to health concerns and didn't feel comfortable using RestoPros because they did not follow remediation protocols. RestoPros failed to reimburse us any money for the damages sustained despite claiming they have 'insurance'. Next step civil court to recover our expenses and damages for previous health issues.

From our initial call which was responded to swiftly to the two gentlemen who came to tear up our master bathroom 3 days before Christmas! Talk about bad timing to find a stubborn leaky bathtub! However, Jamel and Demitri both came on time and were polite, cordial and patient as I tried my best to keep our five kids out of their way. They did the job well and professionally without leaving a trace of mess. I felt safe with them in our home, they communicated well and seem to enjoy their job. So far we are very happy with our service and glad to be on our way to a new bathroom! The last photo is about 18 hrs post demo and the drying process seems to be going well.
