The contractor, Erik, butchered my home repairs — he installed the floors completely wrong, had to tear them back up, and reinstall them. When redoing the drawers, he even screwed the handles on crooked and split the wood. It looked like a child had done the work. While I was out of town, Erik was the ONLY person with access to my house — and somehow left the sink running for 2 days. Over 5,000 gallons of water were wasted, and my bill shot through the roof. He flat-out denied it even though no one else could’ve possibly done it. Absolutely unbelievable. And to top it all off, Restro Pros seems to make money by cheating the system — billing for work they never actually did and doing unnecessary demolition just to rack up insurance charges. It’s a disgusting way to run a business. If your plumber tries to push Restro Pros on you, do NOT fall for it. In my opinion, they’re all in it together, recommending each other to keep their little scam going. This company caused me nothing but stress, damage, and huge costs. I wouldn’t trust them with a doghouse, let alone a home. Stay far, FAR away from Restro Pros. You’ll regret it if you don’t. The managers of this company don’t seem the care and make matters worse. i will be looking to contact a lawyer because this company needs to be shut down immediately!

They turned a nightmare water situation that required a two day gut job of our kitchen/master bath & laundry and they were incredibly detail oriented and did it all with a smile and a great attitude! I highly recommend restopros for any emergency situation and hopefully you get this five star duo showing up at your door! Well done guys and thanks for a great job!

They did a thorough job, communicated consistently and made sure everything was documented. Both of them were very careful with our home and the areas that weren’t affected. After the removal, Robert and Jordan cleaned the areas and made sure that there was no dust flowing into the rest of our home. I cannot tell you how satisfied we are with RESTOPROS and their work and customer service.
