I had Renuity to come out on the 5th to coat my basement floor with the understanding that it was a one-day job. I had all furniture removed and stored on my covered back porch. Everything looked as it was going as planned and then I was informed they could not complete the job because they had issues and ran out of supplies. I was told they would come back on Wednesday and complete the job. The work was about halfway completed. One employee came back and finished the basement, and payment was made in full. The work was unable to be inspected because you are unable to walk on floor after completed. I was informed if there was a problem to call and it would be resolved. Two days later I inspected the work and found several issues. Issues include sharp flakes exposed from not be scraped properly, a dip in the coating about 7 inches long and two inches wide that wasn't sealed properly (loose flakes), edges around the wall have loose flakes from not being sealed properly, residue and flakes on walls and windows and other areas not cleaned after work was completed, and holes were left on back porch from the spiked shoes they wear on the floor while working. It is now the 21st and no one has reached out to resolve these issues. I have reached out twice by phone to be told someone would contact me. It has not happened. Contacted the salesman and informed him and now I am waiting on a response. It is a bad feeling to pay half up front and half when work is completed only to be ignored. Furniture is still outside waiting to be brought in. I am still hoping this work will be completed properly. If there is a problem later, I dread going thru this again due to having a lifetime warranty. My recommendation is not to make final payment until work is completed to your satisfaction. An employee should look over the work with the customer before EXPECTING the final payment. In regard to Renuity responding to this comment, how about calling me so we can resolve this issue. I am attempting to attach pictures but am having difficulties with doing so. Pictures have been sent to company showing work and still no response. I will post updates later. UPDATE 2-5-2026 I just wanted to give an update on work that was done by Renuity. Workers from Renuity came out to correct issues with my basement floor around January 21st if memory serves me correctly. They cleaned the debris off the windows and walls and coated the floor after sanding sharp edges down. During the completion of the work, they were using a chemical (Acetone) and it became increasingly difficult to breath. I asked them what they were using and informed them it was difficult to breath. I told them they needed to open the widows, and it would have been nice to have a heads up about the strong odor. I opened all the widows above the basement. I have never experienced anything like that before. After looking up the side effects of Acetone that is what I was experiencing. Everything got better once windows got opened. My main issue now is that my floor does not look the same. The side that was repaired has a very glassy look to it compared to the original side. The original side looks great! If the entire floor looked like that, I would be very happy. Floor is slippery when wet from walking outside and scuff marks are very visible. I was told this would not happen. The original side is good. Here are a couple of pictures if that helps. I appreciate they came out and tried to fix issues, but I am not happy with end result. The two different looks are what I explicitly did not want and that is my final look. I would not recommend Renuity as my first choice if I were looking for home improvement.

We hired Renuity to coat our garage floor. The quote was 5,000.00 and we paid a 500.00 deposit. The schedule after we confirmed we wanted to proceed was a month out. We moved our entire garage out to the driveway under a tent the night before. The morning we were scheduled for the service two guys came out to buff the garage floor. They worked for one hour and left. You can see from the photo the floor was pretty well ground and buffed out. However the two guys acted like we had an oil spill and would need to come back the next day. Which was a complete lie. No one showed over the next two days. We had to move everything back in the garage and fired this company. We are out the 500.00 deposit. Buyer beware. They have called continuously to try and get us back on the schedule. But I’m sorry 5,000 is a lot of money to pay a company that isn’t prompt or professional. Take your business elsewhere.

Guys did our porch floors and did an excellent job. They showed up as promised. James communicated well with me. We had a little issue with rain on day of install, but James called and we got figured out for another day. It all worked out. I’m so pleased. Crew leader Marlon was super nice and he hustled as well as his installer Tyler. They never slacked off. They cleaned up afterwards really well, blew the dust off the furniture that was on my adjoining deck. I was impressed. Can’t say enough good comments for them. We love our new porch floors. Beautiful. I highly recommend Renuity, the guys are amazing. Thanks Guys.

I was denied service because my husband would not be present to discuss options and pricing during the quote. I let the company know multiples times this was suppose to be a surprise birthday present for my husband and I was still told without my husband they would not come to my house with just me there alone. My appointment was cancelled the day before they were suppose to come out.
