- CBCrystal BUTLER6 days ago2.0We had a sunroom built from patio enclosures and I have to say it was the worst experience. The drawings that we were presented with from the sales person did not match what we ended up with, it was suppose to have shingles that matched the house and none were put on until I confronted the manager. They ended up putting something that was glued down to the roof and ended up denting a piece of the framing, the concrete was not smooth and when i tried to get a hold of the manager my calls were never returned so they ended up coming to put the frame work up before i could talk with someone. The concrete people dumped their left over concrete around my air conditioner and had to call about that and they sent someone to get it up. The concrete on the outside was rough with holes and they had to return to fix that. 2 of the screens were messed up one with a hole in it and the other with shredding. They did give us flooring at no cost to put over the concrete inside because of the way it looked but the flooring moves because the floor is not smooth and even. Communication and customer service were not good. Would not recommend.
