Dishon was a professional well informed gentleman. Now, installation on a new thermostat for $397.00 plus $77.00 for coming out is simple ridiculous on any level. Remember I'm only changing thermostat and not having to rewire. As any smart consumer would say, No Way. I bought a new thermostat at Lowes for $49.99. Installation is $125.00. Unfortunately I can not recommend your company moving forward. Positive side; i give your employee 5 stars.

I just had this company come out to check my 220v receptacle behind my oven after the oven died. They quoted me on the phone $37 to come check it, and when I asked if that was the total cost she assured me that was it. After the technician checked it and turned out the receptacle was in good condition, he then said the cost would be $259. I told him that was not at all what the person who made the appointment said it would cost, and he went out to talk to his company on the phone to check. After that he was about to bring the price down to $149. He also said that weekend visits were more expensive, which was again never told to me when I booked the visit. The technician himself was super helpful, kind and efficient with his job, and I have no issue with him at all. My major issue with this company is they hide the actual price they charge until the service is rendered and you have no choice but to pay. I will never use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone else unless you want to be subject to predator pride tactics. I assumed $37 was an extremely low cost, but the service was just someone coming out, check the health of a kitchen receptacle, and being done in about 2 minutes. I have no idea how they thought the $259 would be acceptable for this service. Again, the technician himself was wonderful, but whoever schedules these visits is hiding the actual price of their services which is a major red flag.
