  We have a comfort club membership and our system was due for it's scheduled maintenance. The service tech that came out - Blake Gilliam was very professional and courteous and took his time to thoroughly go through the inspection. He found an issue and provided several options that we could choose to rectify. We settled on a repair option that we thought was very reasonable and fair. Thumbs up for great service!

  This ENTIRE experience has been a regret My brand new system has went down 3 times in the first six months. It’s currently working on a bypass while waiting on a part and they send someone out to do the 6month routine maintenance check, just to have this guy stand in front of me and recommend 3k in duct cleaning. MY SYSTEM ISNT FULLY FUNCTIONAL while he’s saying this. I’ve been incredibly patient with this company but it’s obviously lacking integrity. You push and push for a review, well here you go.

  I reached out to 1 hour Heating & Air for a second opinion after a terrible experience with a local big name company in Stallings NC. My experience with 1 Hour was amazing and deserves 5 stars. The first company I met with recommended I replace an 11 year old unit instead of addressing a wiring issue with a damper. 1 Hour not only fixed the wiring issue, but was able to do it for a great price, and won my future business with fantastic customer service. The technician (Dillon) that came out took pictures and videos and explained everything going on with the HVAC unit and ensured all my questions were answered. He showed great professionalism and had a down to earth personally. He diagnosed the issue with confidence and provided a same day fix, that the previous company was not willing to do, instead recommending me to get an entirely new HVAC system. I highly recommend Dillon and 1 Hour Heating & Air, as I had a great experience and will continue to give them my business moving forward.

He was personable, neatly and professionally dressed, and demonstrated complete command of the task at hand. He efficiently installed both Google thermostats and guided me through setting up the Google Home app with clarity and patience. I give my strongest endorsement to One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Charlotte. Their service was prompt, professional, and carried out with a reassuring competence that inspires trust.   This company is completely unprofessional and complete frauds! The technician claimed to know the cause of my issue right away but kept disappearing for long periods of time with no explanation. After 4 long hours he claimed to have “fixed” it but my heat was out again the very next day! When I called the company back to tell them the issue was not resolved even though I paid them an exorbitant amount of money the day before, the representative offered no help and even said I “must have done something for it not to be working again”. He also offered no resolution or to have someone come out again! What kind of customer service is this?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SO-CALLED “SERVICE PROVIDER”!
