Then, not only did I get 2 young men, I got 2 more! The job that could have taken 2 days was done in 1! Tyler, Dylan, Khalid and Christian were all very polite, kind and professional. Kept me informed on their job and progress while continuing to keep up their hard work. I’m very impressed with Michael & Son and would highly recommend them for all your HVAC and duct work needs. A big thank you to everyone I got the privilege to work with!
- BSBruce Sherman4 days ago5.0Matt was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about my Tankless Hotwater system. Reviewed the condition of my Rannai system and found everything was in good shape. He also helped me understand why we were getting hot water in the cold water line. We had an external recirculating pump keeping hot water at/near the faucets. This backed up into the cold water line. We have now shutdown this system. Everything is now works expected.

I did not give 5 stars because there was poor communication on giving start time on second day. They did not get there until 1pm which means they were working till 10 pm to finish. Because it was dark they missed the cleanup of driveway and walkway. Also in the house they did not use a saw to cut concrete before removing so the edges they did not cut are all crumbled and I will need to saw cut before patching.

Was going to get my hot water heater flush but said it would cost $300 just to flush it and will use my water to replace the water from my house into the tank. 2 years ago I bought a brand new hot water heater from your company almost cost $4,000 plus labor. Now your are trying to charge me $300.00 for a diagnostic and a flush and this person hand will not get dirty because the diagnostic will probably be on a IPad this is a RIP OFF. Thank You

Well…I ended up getting a whole new system so I guess he’s pretty convincing! He was so nice to my happy dog and that goes a long way with me! Seriously…I appreciate that Michael & Son has multiple home services (Van is coming out Friday to replace 2 toilets) and they go over everything thoroughly before doing anything. I was presented with 4 options and not pressured to select the highest one. They offer 15% for members so that’s a perk, too!
