Wow. She took us into the display area where we gazed upon thousands of splendid sights. She answered our many questions about all the various types of slabs with expertise. Emily guided us through the extensive inventory to find specific examples we asked about. We were allowed all the time we wanted and after well over an hour Emily took us back to review our favorites. She emailed pictures of our various selections and extended an offer for her expert advice. Every single aspect was sensational. We visited 2 other companies later (just because we had traveled so far) with each visit lasting about 10 minutes and ending with nothing of interest. They were small, cold, poorly labeled and we were on our own. We wasted our time, but we realized what an amazing experience it was to visit CRS. Thank you, CRS Marble and Granite and thank you, Emily.
