  Phenomenal experience! Went in and they had a great selection, we received a couple of quotes of our favorites counter tops based on estimated sqft we provided and they were comprehensive and well priced. There was no hassling, they answered any and all questions, and it was a super simple process once we decided to move forward. After paying the deposit, it only took a week to have someone out to template and an additional week before they were cut and ready for install. Everyone we worked with or who came for template/install were kind, professional, and did great work. Shout out to Jairo, he made it feel like we were working with a custom agent for our countertops!

  I really appreciate all the help in deciding my countertop. Cesar was wonderful on keeping me informed of when they would come and measure and place the countertop on. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

  MC granite has a great selection materials. I excited to work with them in my line of work I am consistently purchasing countertops. The installation crew was great. They were on time and did an amazing job oin the install even when being presented with challenges. My experience with the sales rep Jairo Vargas was less than pleasurable. I felt very much like he was giving me the run around from the time I gave him my deposit. Everything that he said he would do he did not. His lack of communication ultimately affected my timeline and caused problems with my client. His level of professionalism, communication and accountability was absolutely horrible. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The countertops are beautiful. However, I would have absolutely gone elsewhere to aviod the hassle I was presented with.

  My experience working with MC Granite was very positive overall. From the initial meeting with Spencer, to the technician coming out to do professional measurements to the team that did the final installation of my countertops, everything was done with the upmost respect and care. I have to also give a special shout out to Viviana who was very attentive and responsive to my inquiries and concerns. The entire team at MC Granite remained, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable (except for the scheduler). I have some future projects and that I’m considering with the bathrooms and I would absolutely work with this company again in the future.
