    Connected with this company through their agreement with Costco. Wanted a quote to replace my HVAC. I know exactly what I need and offered to share those details with the company ahead of setting any appointment. They insisted on a 1.5-2 hour appointment so they could clearly explain everything. This company assumes all their potential customers are uninformed fools who have unlimited time to listen to their sales pitch. Go elsewhere.

    We had a brand new a/c and heat furance installed today. I have used this company for over 12 years and they are great, reliable, knowledgeable. Josh did a great job in sales, explaining everything and Abraham and Demetrius the technicians did an awesome job on the installation, testing and explaining everything. Great company to work with.

    Called on a Saturday morning, they said they would be out before 12pm Sunday (the next day). I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called back 1:30 PM Sunday, and they wouldn’t give me a new ETA but said dispatch would call me. Another 2 hours went by, I called back again. Same story, they can’t provide ETA but dispatch would call me. I wait 1.5 hours, call again, same response. An hour after that, I get a text and email that they would come out the following day (Monday). Our heat is broken and it’s going to be 27 tonight so we had to call Morris Jenkins to come out tonight, they are already on the way. I understand Integrity is a smaller shop but the poor communication and refusal to just give us an ETA was very frustrating and had us waiting around all day and nobody showed.

    Bryce and Corbin installed a new condenser and furnace at our house. They did a great job with the installation and explaining everything. They were very courteous and timely, overall a great experience
