Michael Cohn the technician that came out was very resourceful, courteous, figured out the issue and got everything running quickly. Lona who took care of the schedule was a pleasure to talk to and got everything going me and the system quickly. We had a slight problem with the schedule but she took care of it quickly. The cost was fair and overall I would definitely recommend them. Even with the little glitch they still rank a five for me.

Auston/Sales was prompt and knowledgeable when he visited to quote our HVAC system replacement. He took a lot of time educating me about the options for my house. The installation manager, Tom, went over the house thoroughly and they re-calculated the heating/cooling load. The whole quoting process was unrushed, low pressure and extremely informative. I felt confident about purchasing hvac from Horne after talking with Auston and Tom. Mason, Nick M. and Chris led the installation effort. The system was tricky to install in our old house because of space constraints but they made all the adjustments necessary to make our new system functional and code compliant. I highly recommend Horne!
