The folks doing the work were here right on time, very good, worked hard, and did a good job of cleaning up the area after they were finished. They may be more expensive, but we felt good about the quality of their product and we appreciated their attention to detail, their availability by phone, their cooperativeness, and the fulfillment of everything they told us they would do. We would recommend them and have nothing but good feelings about the job done for us.

Mark was very professional and kind. The crew works efficiently and cleaned up very well. Our roof looks amazing and has already added to the aesthetic. Very happy with this company. We are currently waiting to have fascia and soffit done, but are looking forward to the finished product.

They threw away our TV satellite and refused to accept financial responsibility for this mistake. Oh, and should have warned us that the whole 12 man crew were going to need to use our bathroom. Then in a couple weeks the wind blew 2 of 3 metal strips of something (about 1and 1/2 inch. wide and bent with holes for ? staples) flew off where the porch roof meets the 2nd story. It seems to keep rain water from getting under. They calmly without apologies for anything, said "oh that's part of the siding and not under warranty." Warranty?, for 30k they should of been happy to come out and do something. But they said "we can send someone out to fix this, at YOUR EXPENSE. Don't hire them! There are better roofing companies out there

Steve called me before and after each installation to ensure I was satisfied with the new roof and gutters. The day my roof and gutters were being installed, Steve met me at my house and we did a final walkthrough to ensure I was satisfied with everything. He was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns that I had. Steve’s knowledge, friendliness and consistent follow-ups play a big part in my decide to refer a friend/neighbor to use Home Genius Exteriors for any home improvement needs. Steve is the best!
