  Great roofing experience with Steve O. and his crew. He professionally completed the work. During the final inspection, Steve noticed a hole in a window screen and patio furniture cover from removing the old roof. He personally followed up with me to fix the screen and ensure I was compensated for the torn patio cover. I'm so glad Steve was the PM for my new roof. Steve is the best!!!!

  Home Genius installed gutter guards to our home. Our project manager, Justin Davis, was professional, knowledgeable, available for any questions we had, and he completed a walkthrough at the completion of the project. The work crew , Anthony and others, were also knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

  Salesperson was very thorough, the crew was very careful and safety compliance with debris, cleaned up very well after was complete, pleasant to deal with, my project manager Justin kept in touch with me and answered all questions and got all the photos sent to me. Justin was very pleasant and manner able, worked around my schedule to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

  They said to be free for up to 90 minutes for the inspection… he was here for over 4 hours and tried to pressure me into getting a brand new roof (he never went on my roof they used satellite footage of it that he wouldn’t show me) instead of just repairing one spot that had an issue. He got angry that I wouldn’t agree while he was there to work with them and that I needed to talk to my husband and other companies first. I then said to send me the quotes and the pictures. Never got anything from him and then a week later their customer advocate manager contacted me and could care less about my concerns and just said to reach out when I’m ready to work with them. I have since had my roof thoroughly inspected just to be safe and they said it has another up to 20 years on it and there’s nothing wrong with it. So home genius exteriors lies, overstays their welcome by several hours, and tries to pressure you into signing something even after you said you can’t make a decision yet. Do not go with this company!

  This was not a good experience and now we're experiencing buyers remorse. This project is over 35K for us. The communication was awful. We were told the project will take 4 days from the time the materials was delivered 11/14 - Jan 08. The project was delayed several times as we kept being told that the crew got obtained by ICE. However, it was the same initial crew when they finally started. Our house was never wrapped when built. The crew started off wrapping we believed correctly until it came to the back of the house. They began using ripped pieces and slapped up like a puzzle. We were told that the crew chief was an expert in installing vinyl siding not Hardie Board ??? Issues just went on and on. At the end I signed the contract because we only needed cosmetic finishes now. And boy this was still a mistake. This is the front of my house. The paint bubbled up in areas because they painted in the rain. The previous white paint is showing through. Additional trimming needed in the front to hide the sloppy silicon.  Was told they'll be back out to correct and paint.  Well paint was left like we're supposed to do it ourselves? The pallet was also left in the driveway till Jan 7th. I've just been sick not knowing what to do. We're looking into obtaining an inspector to confirm proper wrapping, leaks or moisture etc. We're just so frustrationed with this entire ordeal. And nobody from anywhere in this company has reached out. This is truly sad.
