She welcomed me into the decorated Landon model, and I was able to capture a video walkthrough to share with those interested in this community. What I love most about this floorplan is the flexibility buyers have to truly customize their townhome layout. Joy also provided me with pricing and availability details so I could pass them along to potential clients. I’ll be back soon to film the single-family homes that are under construction — especially since DRB is currently the only builder in The River District offering both townhomes and single-family collections.
