  Great experience from when I first toured the home to even past closing! Karlee and Jon were my main points of contact and they both were incredibly responsive and helpful. Not once did I get the impression that they skipped corners with the build. I appreciate both Karlee and Jon helping to make my first home purchase smooth and without hiccups.

  On August 1st, 2025 I toured a property and was told there was a 3.99% 5/1 ARM financing offer on a select three units. I immediately applied and was pre-approved for the home. After applying and getting pre-approved, all within 24 hours, the the financing offer was withdrawn for those units. DRB homes had my contact information the whole time. This is a bait and switch marketing scam and highly unethical. I would never trust a company to build my home that can't even follow through on basic financing terms.

  The whole selection and building process was great. Suzanne and Matt made it the best experience. Thank you to them and the whole DRB team. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new home!!

  DRB is a clown show ran by clown people. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could spit. Not only did they completely mismanage our community, they screwed over the people who bought early, turning the rest of the complex into an apartment complex. They’re disloyal and dishonest and I would recommend not doing business with them.
