Called Carolina Heating and AIr design owned by Tom, he said he sold his business to City Air Experts so I called them. They sent Sam their HVAC tech. He went to the HVAC pulled the cover and troubleshooted, found the blower needed to be replaced and the Rheem HVAC still had 8 months on the 10 year warranty left!!! ( buy Rheem) But, it's 5 o'clock Wednesday no heat and it's Oct.23, 40 degrees. Well, Sam found the motor, replaced next day. Great job from the owner, Sam, and staff who kept us updated!! Highly recommended!!! TC
