We have been in process of trying to replace missing pieces/incorrect pieces for 2 years. We are frequently given the runaround by any and every employee and they have proven that they are not FOR their customer or able to admit their own designing and ordering mistakes. You would think after a $20,000 purchase, they would be more aware and on top of taking care of their customers. We have made sure to let friends and family know that we like the product, but would NEVER recommend using Cabinets to Go for any projects as the process is not worth it.

Timelines were ignored, communication was either misleading or nonexistent, and responsibility was avoided at every turn. The quality of work was unacceptable. What was delivered did not resemble what was sold, and the craftsmanship was sloppy, rushed, and careless. Any reasonable company would take pride in their work this one clearly does not. Issues were pointed out clearly and respectfully, yet they were brushed off as if they were inconveniences instead of legitimate problems. Customer service was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. Once payment was involved, it became painfully obvious that customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. Instead of solutions, we were met with excuses. Instead of ownership, deflection. Instead of urgency, silence. This experience caused unnecessary stress, delays, and frustration that no customer should ever have to deal with. I regret trusting this company and would strongly advise others to think long and hard before doing the same. There are far better, more competent professionals out there who actually care about their work and their customers. This company has a lot to answer for and I would recommend avoiding them entirely.
