There’s no sense of fairness—some workers get away with doing the bare minimum while others are overworked without any recognition. Favoritism runs deep, and if you’re not in the good graces of the higher-ups, don’t expect to be treated with respect. There’s absolutely no freedom here. Every move is monitored, and even small breaks are questioned. You can’t voice concerns without fear of retaliation, and any suggestions to improve working conditions are ignored. They expect maximum effort while providing minimum support. The work itself is exhausting, the pay isn’t worth the stress, and the atmosphere is toxic. If you’re looking for a job where you’ll be valued and treated fairly, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
