The time was short and quick from my telephone call for help to David S. arriving to evaluate trouble and make needed repairs after receiving my approval of the estimated repair cost. When all finished David was thorough and meticulous cleaning up after his work. His years of experience, plus his professionalism, helped us know we were with a good company.

It was my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The service was excellent from start to finish. Leslie received my call for service, she was courteous and made sure she understood the issue. Same day service, in which the technician, Lauren, provided gold star service. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent in locating the issue. Lauren went above and beyond to resolve timely. Highly recommend, thanks!

I still haven’t received an itemized bill and the charge of 847.00 for less than an hours work is outrageous after talking the general manager I now understand why there are so many 1star reviews This company charges twice what it should cost They are terrible at customer relations never again!
