    Jay and Shane professional and courtious! Emergency and they responded quickly! Peace of mind! As the job was being done, we were kept informed. Knowledge base and experience were evident! Represented Acosta very well. Will recommend to neighbors and friends. Be proud of this team! They seem to us to o be the best! They are our "go to" electricians!

    Jay came out to replace our smoke detectors for us in our home. He was extremely friendly and answered all of my ( probably annoying haha ) questions. He explained everything I needed to know about when they would need to be replaced again, how I could go about testing and muting them when needed, and provided valuable insight on all of the options out there as it relates to brands and types of smoke detectors. This was my first experience with both Acosta and Jay, and the work was completed too my expectations in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for other electrical needs in the future.     Shane and Jay installed our ceiling fan,which required a14foot ladder. They took great care while working in my home maneuvering the ladder and installing the fan. They were quick and neat in their work. Before they left they explained how to use the remote and made sure I had the instructions and spare parts. Will recommend Acosta to family and friends.

    Our technician, Carvel, was fantastic—super helpful and got our unit back online quickly. His partner (didn’t catch his name) was also friendly and personable. The only thing I’d suggest is to check their website for available coupons before your service; we would’ve loved to apply one if we’d known. Carvel even tried to get our call-out fee rolled into the tune-up, but his managers couldn’t approve it. It would’ve been nice if someone had mentioned the coupon option, though!

    Awful communication. Service tech likes to rip ducts apart and tell you the duct was already down. I inspect my house monthly. They tried to upcharge me on a boot that had to be custom made after I was given a full price, all because the tech didnt want to go back and get the measurements. The day of repair came and he couldn’t get the part, so they said it would be more to repair, I fought it and did not get uncharged. Next visit they send me a message the tech was 15 minutes away, I had no idea he was even coming that day as no one had arranged an appointment with me. Today I’m still waiting at 6:30pm for a 4:30 appointment that I have already paid 40% for upfront. And I had to call to see if they were even coming as they still didn’t schedule with me. They informed me when I called they were coming out today. They have horrible scheduling. Horrible communication. And take pride in making a living off their $105 diagnostic fees. Do business elsewhere.
