I stopped using Acosta Heating and Cooling after trying for months to resolve a monthly billing issue with their annual maintenance program. I requested to speak to a billing representative. No response, either email, text, or phone call. I called back and requested to speak to someone in management. Again, no response. This is unacceptable. Besides I discovered their monthly maintenance program is $10 higher per month than their competitors. Do your homework. There are better HVAC companies in our area than Acosta.

He explained everything I needed to know about when they would need to be replaced again, how I could go about testing and muting them when needed, and provided valuable insight on all of the options out there as it relates to brands and types of smoke detectors. This was my first experience with both Acosta and Jay, and the work was completed too my expectations in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for other electrical needs in the future. Thanks, Jay!
