  I contacted Acosta to get an electrical panel replacement.Tony H. was so professional & highly knowledgeable. He explained all of my electrical issues in a way that was easy for me to understand! I had also scheduled 2 other appointments with companies that offered this service. My son had a new HVAC replacement done at his home a few years ago. He reminded me of the excellent experience he encountered with this company. Acosta was my 1st appointment . I was so impressed that I cancelled the other 2. I'm confident that I made the right decision! My son & I highly recommend Acosta Heating , Air & Electrical for your home repair needs.

  I just moved into my new home & had a great experience with Jay for my electrical safety evaluation. He was fantastic! He really took his time explaining every last detail to me and made sure I fully understood the electrical work. He was extremely thorough, professional and an amazing communicator. He checked every outlet and gave me incredible peace of mind. Highly Recommend!

  Jay came by for an electrical inspection, and he went above and beyond what I expected. He walked me through the entire process step by step, educated me along the way and made it very easy to understand what he was doing. I highly recommend.

  l've been using Acosta for many years. We first worked with them in our home in NC, and when we moved to SC, we scheduled a health check of the existing system and signed up for quarterly routine inspections. Each quarter, they change the filters and make sure everything is running properly. They always notify us of their arrival time and are consistently professional. They even take pictures of anything that looks concerning so we don't have to go into the attic or outside to check it ourselves. During a recent inspection, Shane and Johnny found a small patch of bacteria growing near the coil inside the attic unit. They explained the issue, offered solutions, and I chose to have them clean the area and install a UV light to prevent future growth. They completed the work the same day. Clean air in our home is important to us, and I'm grateful they took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit. If the bacteria had gone unnoticed, we would have been breathing it in. I highly recommend Acosta and appreciate the professionalism and knowledge that Shane and Johnny bring every time they visit. Thank you, Shane and Johnny! Sara B

  Jay was outstanding. He was professional and communicated in a very transparent way. I felt like he was a family member, helping understand the ins and outs. I felt safe and comfortable with him in my home. He arrived faster than I expected and was able to complete the work in a very reasonable and professional time frame. He was also able to speak with the home warranty company to help them understand what the work he performed, which was out of my scope of knowledge. I recommend Acosta (and Jay) to anyone for their electrical, heating, and air needs!
