  James aka Mike was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the process. He walked me through everything and showed me as well. All three garages sounds phenomenal as they did the first time they were installed. Thoroughly pleased by his service and grateful I found you all to service my home. Price was reasonable as well he showed up at 11am and departed at 2:30. For what he did I think the price was fitting.

  Ed was exceptional. True Professional. Explained in thorough detail what was the issue with my garage door opener and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend Ed to anyone who needs their gargage door looked at. One happy customer :)

  Called and requested a technician to come out and they had James Hill at my house within an hour of calling. He did an amazing job and educated me on what was happening with my garage and had it fixed in a few hours. Really appreciate the great customer service I received!

  After a recent windstorm, two panels of our garage door blew in, leaving the door inoperable. Since we just moved to the area and live out in the country, we had no idea who to call. After checking reviews, we chose A-1 Garage Door Service, and I’m very glad we did. They were able to send a technician the very next day. Adam Knotts arrived exactly when he said he would and ended up spending seven hours at our home working nonstop. Our door was 23 years old and in very rough shape, and Adam explained everything clearly and honestly. He wasn’t a salesman—just incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. It was clear the door needed to be replaced, but Adam stayed as long as it took to make our existing door safe and usable until the new one arrives. He essentially rebuilt it, worked without breaks, and even cleaned out our garage afterward. We also spoke with Kevin in sales, who was professional, patient, and very helpful—no pressure at all. Adam drove two hours to get to our house on a Sunday, never complained once, and was nothing but kind and professional the entire time. He truly went above and beyond.   I wasn’t expecting anyone to come out on a cold Sunday evening, but to my surprise A1 Garage Door Service had a technician available—and they sent Adam. From the moment he arrived, Adam was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He carefully inspected our garage and quickly discovered that our opener was malfunctioning. He fixed the issue right away, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What impressed us most was Adam’s thoughtfulness. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. My wife was thrilled with his kindness, and when he returned Monday to install the new motor, he even brought her a Starbucks coffee. That small gesture meant a lot and showed how much he cares about his customers. We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service. They show up when you need them most, deliver top-notch service, and treat you like family.
