You need to do whatever you need to do to get this guy to move from Texas to here. This was probably the best sales person nicest person I have ever had work on my house and I’m old. I don’t have any money for anything and I still managed to get roped into a 1500 garage door opener. He was kind, courteous and helpful.

Isaak was great. Very friendly and professional. He came out and arrived on-time and got the install done that day after evaluating the issue. We had a Genie that the logic board went bad in, but ended up getting a new lift master and spring. He helped me get the app working with the door and he helped with my other garage to get that one on my app as well.

I recently had to replace my entire garage door after accidentally hitting it with my car. Initially, there was some confusion about the door I was sold — I was told the only difference from my previous builder-grade door would be cosmetic, but the installed door had fewer support struts and a lighter spring than what I originally had. However, I want to recognize the company for ultimately making things right. Kyle Lynip stepped in, listened to my concerns, and corrected the issue by adding the proper struts and replacing the spring so the door matched what I originally expected. He handled it quickly and professionally without giving me a hard time. While the process started off frustrating, I truly appreciate the willingness to fix the mistake and stand behind the work. That level of customer service means a lot, and I’m satisfied with the final result.

Benedict Smith was absolutely GREAT … he was methodical and took a lot of time showing me why my current springs were dangerous as well as my rollers. I trusted that what he was showing me was accurate and what he was recommending was very necessary. He was concerned about my safety with my main garage door and said I should not use it under any circumstances until the springs for it are ordered, in & installed which could take 2-3 wks to arrive to A1. He left the garage cleaner than it was when he arrived. Benedict made sure that the 2 doors he completed worked correctly and he reprogrammed my garage door openers and made sure they worked properly. If I could have given him 10 stars I would have. I will always use A1 in Waxhaw from now on and recommend them to all residents here in Providence Downs on our Facebook page Book page. Just TOP NOTCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
