  Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing any concerns I had and also making any recommendations that may be necessary in the future. He performed a very thorough inspection and made any adjustments to my garage door to ensure it was working correctly. I found him to be very honest and friendly and will request him for any future garage door maintenance and installation

  Fair warning the crew works on commission only. They may believe it’s in their best interest to take care of you in a complete way, but that is not what they are doing. If you are ok with a service company acting like a sales company then these guys are for you. If you want you stuff fixed so you can go about you say, not a place you should look at

  I had a fantastic experience with Jacob Collison yesterday when he came to my home for our service. He called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He got me with a nice firm handshake. I can do business with someone who presents themselves well. He quickly made his assessment of the situation and had a quote ready for me within ten minutes. The pricing was higher than I would have liked but you get what you pay for as well and knowing this and after his explanation of service I was more than happy with the exchange. Jacob went above and beyond while at my home. So much so I’ll be having him back out to service and replace the parts on our second door in a few months. Well worth using this company and having this technician in your home.

  ALWAYS ask for an itemized quote. Our garage door spring broke and we called A1 to replace it. $3k later… we learned a couple of things. Jared presented a quote to my husband for the spring and labor which my husband approved. Then I was presented another quote which I approved thinking that it was for the spring and labor also with the speech that the quote included the basic necessary repairs. Both quotes were within the same range. Well, the quote presented to me was for additional parts and work that A1 themselves completed just a year ago when our garage door needed maintenance. While my husband and I take responsibility for not communicating with each other, I still don't understand why we were not presented with 1 whole quote for the entire repair. Also we take responsibility for not asking for the quote itemization. Should have I asked for it, I would have rejected the second quote. We had a great experience with A1 the first time. We trusted the company, but this second time was a ripoff. Not only we overpaid to replace the spring, but also Jared insisted over and over that we needed to replace parts of the doors that were perfectly working.
