  Carlo Rivera from Michael and Sons did a great job isolating a couple problems on our A/C. His easy going communication style put us at ease. Instead of jumping to an expensive solution, he offered us a series of intermediate steps to follow. Thanks for helping us out Carlo and we look forward to working with you again if necessary.

  I was referred to them by a family member who raved over their work. I was very pleased with the quick response as well as the easy of scheduling an appointment. They were able to get me in next day. They were prompt and Joseph the technician handling my plumbing issue was very professional. I was also impressed by the mannerisms ie. They put out a rug outdoors for wiping off their feet before entering my home and wore shoe covers not to track throughout the house.

  Emmanuel always goes above and beyond offering his expertise and hard work to fix all our issues, concerns or even just regular maintenance. This specific instance our AC went out and I asked for an after hours tech. Emmanuel arrived within a hour around 7pm and stayed here til almost midnight trying to resolve the issue, but unfortunately due to the time he was unable to reach the parts necessary to get the unit up and running. Micheal and son was able to retrieve the part and install it within 36 hours. We now have our AC fixed and are so grateful for Emmanuel’s attention to detail and expertise on the trade. We have used 3 other HVAC companies in the past, that did not meet our expectations in many areas. We highly recommend Micheal and son!

  This is my first experience with Michael and Sons and everything has gone well. They are very professional and prompt. Cliff explained my options very well and answered my questions thoroughly. I look forward to working with them and getting my new HVAC system installed before the summer heat!

  We signed up for the complete home coverage package which covers everything from Michael and Sons. Our technician was more than helpful, he was great! Knew his stuff and took the time and explained everything so I could even understand my AC/Heating unit. If Kibarake Vondrak is a representative of service technicians Michael and Sons offers this company will go a long way. Days later we had Mitch Kudin come in. He is one of Michael and Sons Electric Technicians. This man also was not only nice, polite, and explained everything to me so I could understand, he was just great. He is also extremely knowledgeable at his profession. I just moved into a 1987 Condo (Great Location), and when I say absolutely nothing was touched inside from 1987 I really mean absolutely nothing was touched from that date. Needless to say nothing was near to being code!! He even had to scratch his head trying to figure out how this place was wired. He then shook his head and proceeded to correct all the issues. He did tons of upgrades that needed to be done and is coming back in a few days to finish everything up. I don’t know how previous owners could have been comfortable with things the way they were but I for one feel totally safe after he was here. Highly recommended him and his company.
