  Mr Brandon Clifford was a total professional the whole time of the service. He was even extra informative with the home owner, during the appt also. He shared knowledge and recommendations for future service to allow the home owner to make well informed decisions also. Mr Brandon Clifford was a breath of fresh air on a stressful start to the new year, that had a ROUGH and dramatical time. If it wasn't for his bright demeanor, knowledgeable confidence and charming professionalism the home owner and family would have been in a true bind that wouldn't have been fair. A TRUE THANK YOU TO MR BRANDON CLIFFORD from Michael and Son Services for an INCREDIBLE JOB WELL DONE! We look forward to your quarterly visits throughout the year for preventative maintenance.

  Thank you, Brandon, for your patience with us as you worked on our water heater. The first service tech we called had to cancel due to truck issues. Brandon came out the next day and provided a diagnosis. Upon draining our water heater he found more issues that required a replacement. He could have just done the quick fix but he was thorough and wanted to be sure our issues didn’t recur.

  Jerin showed up in time and had a great attitude and confident professionalism. His task was to re-wire doorbell wiring which had broken off. This required him to drill a new hole from the attic , remount the smart doorbell to the wall and hook up all the wiring to the transformer. He did his best to trouble shoot the preexisting problem and try to save us money by saving the original wiring. His 10 minutes doing this was much appreciated, but we opted for the new install because the placement was prone to accidents. Once he started the install it was super fast and only took him about 15 minutes. Given that this seemed like a pretty easy and fast job, I felt we got ripped on the price a bit, but I don’t think this was Jerins fault, as it was obvious he had to work of a computerized price list on his tablet. I was not happy with the $390 price for 3 drill holes and one spliced wire and 30 minutes of labor, which seems a little steep, but we needed the project complete for the holidays and this company has the highest amount of 4+ star ratings listed on google. If I have time in the future, I will definitely be shopping around for pricing, because I feel like we could have saved $100 for a fairly simple job. I’m still giving this rating 5 stars because the installer was good, and they were able to get out within 2 days and complete the project as needed.

  Called Michael & Son at 1pm and tech Brian Dickensheets was there at 3pm. This is a company I’ve NEVER used before but my call was urgent because there was no heat in my mom’s apt in our home and the temps were dropping to low 30’s that night. I was literally just calling around and whoever could get there that day got the job. But all of that’s changed now. Michael & Son will be the first and only company I call. And I’ll request Brian. He was so kind, courteous, knowledgeable. Had the system pushing out heat in 30 minutes. . He first replaced a contactor and felt confident that was the answer but then said if it wasn’t, he wouldn’t charge me for the contractor and find what else it was. Luckily for us, that did the trick. I really appreciated his honesty. He could have said it was catastrophic, I wouldn’t have known but it’s certainly something you worry about when you don’t have knowledge of things like this. They didn’t even charge me like it was an urgent visit, just a regular service call fee. From a company I’ve never used before??? That’s amazing!!! Mad respect.
