As a result of a big-box retailer’s carelessness, I had to replace flooring I absolutely loved. I didn’t even know where to begin. First let me say their showroom is BEAUTIFUL. There’s truly something for everyone. From start to finish my experience was EXCEPTIONAL. John was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products they offered. If you want a lesson in flooring he’s your guy… lol The guys who came out to do the installation delivered outstanding craftsmanship. They were also friendly, fast and neat. I LOVE my new floors. There are many places to choose from for flooring, but John and his team exceeded my expectations.
- GFGary FSep 16, 20253.0If you use Barefoot Flooring of Castle Hayne, NC, beware. First beware that they ask for a 75% deposit ….outrageous and more unbelievable that I gave it to them. Perhaps they were just taking advantage of a senior citizen. Secondly be sure to read the quote carefully before signing the contract and more importantly, be certain that all verbal discussion points are included. Something I didn’t do and Barefoot refused to credit me for material not used. The Installers Brandon and Corey were excellent craftsmen.

Barefoot Flooring did an excellent job of making this process as painless as possible setting me up with the proper tradespeople to prepare for installation. The wood floor product I selected was excellent as advertised. They helped me put my room back together and even move a piano. I am totally satisfied with my new floor. I had seen several businesses before Barefoot Flooring and none could answer my questions on this complicated process with more expertise and confidence that Barefoot Flooring. I recommend them without reservation. They have been in business in the area for many years.
