  honestly didn’t expect to feel this good about the home building process but Tracey and Raphael completely changed that. Tracey was with us every step of the way, warm, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She genuinely celebrated this journey with us. And Raphael, every single time I had a question or a concern, he was right there. It didn’t matter when or what it was, he always made time and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. You can tell he takes real pride in the projects. These two are the reason I fell in love with Stanley Martin. Truly grateful for both of them.

  Never in my life have I had so many problems in one home/condo. Since moving in 2 weeks ago into a bottom floor unit- Garage has broke, washer and dryer came broken because they forgot to connect it, and now the entire HVAC unit has busted.. had to sleep in 80 degrees. We have to walk our own trash which I didn’t know and worst worst worst of all- you can hear EVERYTHING above you. I can hear my Neigbor’s, children running and even their toilet flushing. Therefore, we move out of this condo next week- can’t do it anymore. You can hear more above you than apartment living, just keep that in mind before purchasing.

  The whole team was great from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I absolutely love my home and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

  The homes are build of cheap material, every week I have to call someone to come repair something in my house, my neighbor couldn’t support it anymore and after a month of owning the house she moved away, Seriously, DONT BUY A HOUSE HERE
