- YPYuba PatelMar 8, 20261.0Never in my life have I had so many problems in one home/condo. Since moving in 2 weeks ago into a bottom floor unit- Garage has broke, washer and dryer came broken because they forgot to connect it, and now the entire HVAC unit has busted.. had to sleep in 80 degrees. We have to walk our own trash which I didn’t know and worst worst worst of all- you can hear EVERYTHING above you. I can hear my Neigbor’s, children running and even their toilet flushing. Therefore, we move out of this condo next week- can’t do it anymore. You can hear more above you than apartment living, just keep that in mind before purchasing.
