I requested to have the same technician to perform the maintenance services for my 2 heating and cooling units, however a different technician showed up. The technician did call me 1 hour befor my appointment, to get my O.K to do the service (thank you). My preference is to have the same person maintaining my units. Carolina Air should have notified me that a different technician was scheduled so I could reschedule for my preferred technician. Nevertheless, the technician who conducted the service for my 2 units was thorough, explained things he saw and provided recommendations. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I rate the work by the technician a 5 however the company has room for improvement. The company should keep the customer informed about not being able to accommodate the customers preference in advance.
