I came here excited to finally talk to some experts, and find a place that definitely had the parts I needed. Was immediately off-put by how uninterested in helping or even talking with me the staff was. When I asked for direction, I was met with either one word responses, or condescending tones. Zero interest in helping me, or winning a new customer (which they certainly didn’t). I was surprised that they had a very limited stock of shower stems, but that alone isn’t a bad review. I did find one part I needed, but felt almost reluctant to buy it after my experience. I get that you’re mostly dealing with trade guys who know what they’re looking for, and you don’t have to put on a nice face for. But it just sucks to feel unwelcome and treated like I’m an outsider because I’m learning and need help.
