He assured us that he would be there and that he understood the urgency of the situation. He did not show up for the appointment, nor did he call to cancel and reschedule. We called him for weeks after he didn't show up, but he wouldn't answer nor return our voice mail. Mr. Henson's advertises claim that he "Doesn't leave people in the dark", but he left an eighty year old couple I'm the dark. Would not recommend
