  Even through some bumps in the road Izzy kept me in the loop with what was going on with our project. All of the workers were very kind and they did amazing work. Definitely recommend these guys.

  Pro Property did a great job cleaning and staining our log home. The crew was very courteous and professional. Showed up as scheduled and completed the job on time. Price was very reasonable.

  We are considering the purchase of a log cabin home. I'm a builder and remodeler with 30 plus years, 36 luxury home builds and countless remodels and repairs. Understandably, due to "conflict" the realtor insisted on bringing someone in who specialized in log homes to inspect and estimate repairs. Plus I've never been involved with log home construction and repairs etc., so I was fine with that. BJ came out to inspect and submit an estimate. He is very knowledgeable, timely, thorough, etc. He is very pleasant, personable and did an excellent job explaining what he was seeing and how they would be conducting repairs. I didn't let him know of my background until about halfway through and I have to say I was VERY pleased and impressed with his knowledge. I liked the way he explained specifically how they would approach the job and remediate and repair. Also he saved me from having a working GC friend come out to identify the many problems with the decks and work out an estimate. He expressed concern as he quickly pointed out and explained specific problems using proper terminology as we walked past a deck to continue with the home inspection. I asked if they do decks also (not knowing) and he was quick to reply that they do an excellent job building decks, along with deck repairs. By then I trusted him. I told him my background and asked if he could inspect and estimate the decks as well. No hesitation on his part. He belly crawled, he probed each post to learn no footers (which I knew), etc. Very thorough and he captured every problem from bottom to top. He was not cocky (a warning sign) but he was very confident in the abilities of the crews and the way PPS conducts itself and stands behind all they do. He is clearly very proud of all of them (and that's a good sign).
