After the ice storm, thought we had a problem which turned out to be broken water pipe in our cabin - not the well. Couldn't believe it, they were able to send us someone the next day! A+ thank you , this is what WNC folks are all about, rare to find good contractors of any kind these days.
- AGAnde GranthamDec 26, 20251.0If you need your existing well serviced, I'd recommend calling another company. I've spoken to the lady in their office 3 times. First she recommended I try something and it helped but didn't completely fix our issue. Second time I was told someone would reach out to schedule the service. After a few weeks, I called and left a message after hours. I received a call back from a gentleman but I missed the call and he left voicemail. I called back and again spoke to the lady in the office. I explained that maybe there was some miscommunication but I need someone to come check our well. Again told someone would reach out to schedule. This was several weeks ago again. This morning at 8am, I called another company. By 11:30am today they were here and working on repairing our well. I understand some small companies get too busy but good communication is key. Sad thing is they came recommended from a plumber friend. I'll be sure to let him know they he shouldn't recommend them any longer.

Within 2 hours water was flowing. The crew and office staff are very courteous and their service is fairly priced. This is our 2nd time using Clyde Sawyer & Son, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
