He came to install a new heating element in my HVAC unit that was previously determined to be only partially working by another service Tech.. It would have cost me over 600.00. When Trevor arrived, he checked the system again, determined that the initial diagnosis was incorrect and the the heating element was in fact still working. I appreciated his honesty and integrity which reflects back to Sandpiper. Sandpiper is lucky to have a well trained and experienced HVAC service technician like Trevor. If you have an employee of the month program, I'd like to nominate Trevor!

There is Noone answering the phone. What happened to answering phones. Not everyone deals with computers or text messages. Must be under new ownership. They lost the personal touch. Hope they bring it back soon. My 5 stars are for the maintenance crew only.

We had a few concerns with noise and the Auxiliary Heating during the recent cold snap. They came out quickly and had it fixed in no time. The technicians we very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. All was covered by the new installation warranty. We are very happy with their service and recommend Sandpiper Heating and Air to anyone.

They do not over-charge for work done. I always use their maintenance agreement annually, which includes maintenance visits twice per year. Their troubleshooting capabilities are excellent. U
