The guys in the back were not rude so that's why I am giving 1 star instead of 2. but the lady in the front looked at me like she thought I was an an idiot. I have never been to this place before and was just dropping something off for husband. I saw a sign in the back that pointed for equipment drop off and pickup so I went back there since I was dropping off. The guys in the back escorted me to the front and the lady at the desk looked at me like dog poop on her shoe for coming in through back. I then overheard her taking about me to the people in the back. Sorry I was just trying to follow your signs. When i pulled up to the front office initially I saw no one in there through the window so that's what prompted me to go to the back when I saw the sign. I was just trying to do what I was supposed to. Sorry I inconvenienced your day so much ma'am.

5stars !! They honestly deserve more than 5 stars .. they are very helpful and knowledgeable, they have what you need to get the job done and if not they will find it for you. If for some reason you walk into the lobby and meet the 2 African American ladies sitting there don’t get discouraged and ask for anyone else . Those 2 were very unhelpful not even acknowledged me or greeted me back after I said hello instead waited til another actually professional employee walked in and say “ I think he needs help”. Customer service is everything and those 2 lack it, one of them was even smirking/ at how another customer was getting helped with his rental. I sure hope those 2 don’t end up causing a bad review on this place because everyone else I interacted with was very professional.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
To initiate our equipment pickup service, you must confirm the end of your rental via the app or by phone. Additionally, if you have specific delivery instructions or prefer a designated contact person for coordination, please include those details when submitting your reservation.
For businesses utilizing a commercial credit account, associated delivery and pickup fees will be reflected in your invoice.
To receive notifications about your delivery, adjust your settings in your account to receive reminders and updates related to your delivery and pickup.
What happens if a tool breaks or quits working while I am renting it?
Sunbelt Rentals inspects and services each piece of equipment prior to each rental and should be in good working order. If you experience problems with the tool while renting it, please go to the specific Equipment Detail page within the reservation to request service. If you need additional assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can arrange for next steps or a replacement. If you want to have protection in the event of damage, Sunbelt Rentals offers a Rental Protection Plan (RPP), which can be purchased at the start of your rental.
