  On Christmas day of all days, my air-conditioning unit upstairs went out. I called Barber’s Heating & Air at 5:09 PM, I received a call back within an hour, and the technician was here within two hours. His customer service skills were fantastic, took him less than an hour to resolve my problem and the price was great. I would definitely recommend Barber’s Heating & Air.

  Ronnie was the best technician I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely be coming back to this company because they didn’t jerk me around or have an extremely long wait list. I needed a new control panel since my heat was only half working and it was because the control panel. He took pictures and videos of the problem, showed me and presented options for me. A control panel is of course expensive but we also bundled it with their maintenance deal which is a great deal for us. After Ronnie diagnosed the problem, we figured out what part I need, he drove across town and was back quickly with it. (Unlike another local company who would have taken days to get back to us with a part.)

  Small business, We had Cody Robeson come out to look at our alternative air chocolate cooler. From calling and setting the appointment to how quickly he fixed the issue everything was fantastic. My wife hates dealing with contractors, but she was raving how much of breath a fresh air Cody was. 100% recommendation.

  We needed a minor repair, malfunctioning thermostat and such, that left our house freezing. The technician was able to get out to is far earlier than initially expected (9 am vs after 12 pm). He was professional and a very calm personality. He learned what the problems were, went right to fixing everything, and checked in with me about a couple of other upkeep items that are important for homeowners. He took care of those too. I'm talking with him, I also learned from him that he was a brother in Christ. It's always encouraging when brothers and sisters represent us well.

  I had a rather unpleasant experience with Barber Heating & Air. System was diagnosed on 09 Dec, 25 and parts were finally installed on 16 Dec, 25. My point is periodically there should been some updates in between, as cold as it was during these times. Finally service was restored and working fine. The answering service never had any information to share, which probably was to be expected. No criticism just points of view. Military discount $25.00 really. Not even worth it, but grateful just the same. Everywhere else, atleast 10% was offered for Veterans. In the end, you ask about the price paid, if the customer was really your priority, as your TV commercial indicate, then you'd consider the hardship of the customer with your delay in parts ordering. Thank you
