- BWBill WalkerNov 21, 20255.0Cody knows his HVAC systems and found an old issue that I knew about the original installers did not repair the right way. He saw it, checked it and repaired it. A screw in a gas control unit was stripped and leaking gas and the original installers put a tube on it and caulked the tube. It was under warranty and now it is not. Thank you for replacing the defective part even though it was expensive. I have the part and will be sending it to the manufacturer . He also made a couple recommendations that were logical and we agreed it was the best thing to do. Thank you

He also did an excellent job of explaining what was shown in the pictures. Jahn is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the service received. Great job, Jahn!!!
