Now, I’ve tried 3 times in the past couple weeks to get help with some purchases, and was told to “look online” or “contact the dealer direct” and their showroom is closed! Better off at Lowe’s . This is just poor management.

- TGTeresa GryderJul 1, 20225.0I had looked for 2 days at numerous plumbing supply stores, and swimming pool businesses in different counties, for the high pressure pieces I needed to repair the return water line going into my 50 year old inground swimming pool. The part no one had was the elbow that connected to black plastic line and then pvc. At Fergusons of Boone they did not have the elusive elbow either. But Ferguson employees did not give up. They managed to get the elbow off so I could get my pool repaired. I will never go anywhere else for anything relating to fixtures or plumbing. The only reason I rated Ferguson of Boone 5 stars was because there was not 10 stars!
