  So I wanted to get a small stove for my workshop. Got a couple quotes and Bob's was about 40% lower. Had to admit was a bit leery from reading the reviews but he seemed honest and upfront. Also very knowledgeable. They did the install, extremely professional, was amused as they are touching up the paint when its a shop stove. Waited till after a good rain to ensure no leaks. Everything is great. Strong work Black Mountain Stove

  Bob left the job site and met me so I could get stove pipe. Very helpful to me. A nice store and a nice owner. It's where I will go for all my wood stove needs!!

  Need to update. Bob has come and is trying to figure out what is the problem with out stove. There is a recall for the starter. Not sure if our stove falls under that. Bob is really working with us to figure what we need to do. We purchased our stove a Waistfield Dx last year. When with recommendation from owner, because he said it was available and was a good At first look very knowledgeable. How ever is not. Our Gas fireplace was installed in late April early May. Work well for a little while. But summer in fall every thing seems fine. When October cane around the pilot wouldn’t work. He came out 2 times both times is impossible to reach him, he get cranky and is I do not have time. Try to reach out to manufacturers but they won’t answer you need to reach who you purchase your stove. 3 time he shows up and finally realized he had left damper open and that’s why stove wouldn’t work. Supposed to fix was working for 4 weeks. Now again is not working. We spend a lot of money and he won’t respond. So fo not get anything from him. Again he will come when he is not busy.

  This company installed our fireplace and we had issues from start. Owner showed up and had to repair the install. Have had issues with getting in touch with them since. Voicemail is always full. 6 years later and now the chimney flashing is rusted completely through causing damage in our house. When called while it was leaking, only response was "We will sent someone when we can". Zero sense of urgency. I would never suggest anyone do business with them again. I certainly won't.
