  Arbor Zen recently refinished a bamboo floor in my Black Mountain home and did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure dealing with Travis. The price was fair, the job was done exactly when he said it would be, and the floor looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.

  A huge thanks to Greyson and the team! I went with Arbor Zen primarily because they are a smaller, local, family run business. The service was friendly and professional. The price was competitive and product choice great. The demo of old and installation of new flooring plus baseboards was smooth, communication during was excellent and job was completed ahead of schedule. All good business boxes checked and I now have a beautiful new floor. My home feels brand new again! Can’t recommend this place enough!

  Adam and his crew absolutely crushed it with our floor sanding project. They showed up right on time, worked with incredible focus and precision, and transformed those tired, scratched-up hardwood floors into smooth, flawless surfaces ready for a fresh finish. Every corner and edge got the attention it deserved—no swirl marks, no uneven spots, just consistently beautiful results from start to finish. The dust control was impressive too; the place stayed surprisingly clean considering the amount of work involved. Seriously, top-tier craftsmanship and professionalism—highly recommend them to anyone needing floor work done right.

  We bought a house with older, red oak hardwood floors and carpet. ArborZen came in and replaced the carpets with hardwood, refinished our old floors and made them seamlessly match. We now have beautiful, updated floors. Everyone was so incredibly helpful, available, professional and prompt from Grayson, the owner, Travis the scheduler and lead, to the team that did the work. Travis in the showroom helped me pick out just the right floors, was in constant contact with me about the progress of the job and was always available to answer all my questions. We couldn't be happier with our new, updated floors and the job ArborZen did! We will definitely use them again in the future!

  Arbor Zen did an outstanding job on our white oak flooring, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is truly impressive. The warm, natural grain looks beautiful throughout our home—from the modern powder bath to the kitchen with the waterfall quartz island—and the herringbone pattern in the entryway has become one of our favorite features. Every detail is clean, precise, and clearly done with care. The finish feels solid and high-end, hides daily wear well, and ties all of our black, white, and natural elements together perfectly. Arbor Zen was professional, detail-oriented, and delivered exactly what we envisioned. We highly recommend them!
