- JNJd NorrisMar 23, 20255.0I called Dennis and asked him if he could help me get a forge within a limited time frame because I had an event coming up within a weeks time. I had previously ordered a forge from a company in Ohio. They took my credit card but didn’t deliver on the product and when I tried to communicate with them, every method of communication was broken and not functioning. Not the intake of money though, it worked fine. So I contacted Dennis and explained my delima. He said he’d try to get one shipped out on Tuesday so I would get it by Thursday. He surpassed my expectations and shipped it out on Sunday, I should be able to get it by Tuesday now. Superb customer service.
