He arrived in a good looking clean truck and brought his bags of tools inside and diagnosed the problem. He quoted his price up front which was quite reasonable for the job and then set down heavy paper to catch debris then wiped and vacuumed up when he was done. He was not only pleasant but efficient and he left as a friend. I can highly recommend Bluewave Plumbing for any job. Five stars for certain.
