  Was ran out of my lane by a GMC pickup truck. (Labeled White & Williams) happened at 4:08 pm, 11/7/2025, near exit 8 on 23 future... you guys also almost hit my wife 3 months ago... do you have dash cams?

  I called this company two years ago because my heat was out and it was cold! They couldn't come quickly, but I took an appointment and continued looking for emergency service, which I found. I canceled my appointment with them and moved on. Just called them today for another outage, and was told they marked my account as non-serviceable because I used somebody else two years ago. I was told that is their policy. My jaw literally hit the floor. Shocking lack of professionalism or customer service. I would look elsewhere for your HVAC needs unless you are comfortable locking in with them for life?!

  I have two reasons for my rating--and this will be a long read: 1. Last summer White&Williams installed a new AC unit at our house. A few months ago a raccoon got into our attic and destroyed some of the AC return pipes. Someone from W&W came out to determine the damage and, after we got rid of the raccoon, scheduled a time to do the repairs. The day before the appointment, a technician called, informing me he was cancelling the appointment because of the odor in our attic and refusing to reschedule. W&W statement's about the odor was not true, which was confirmed by three separate people--my handyman and the techs from Sheer Comfort, the fantastic company whom we ultimately used to repair the damage. 2. When W&W installed our AC last summer, a worker dragged a heavy piece of equipment across the hardwood floor in our foyer, causing a deep three foot long scratch. I was assured by them that this would be corrected; however, the "fix" turned out to be an employee using a wood-stain marker to color the scratch, leaving the scratch at least as prominent as before. Clearly, the floor needs to be sanded and stained. I would never recommend this company to anyone because of their unprofessionalism and untrustworthiness.
