Only catch—they don’t ship, and I’m located in Johns Island, SC… so, Houston, we had a problem. Noah, the salesman, was incredibly patient. He walked me through the measurements, confirmed the product, and made sure everything was exactly what I needed. I ended up renting a U-Haul van and driving four hours each way—on the coldest day, with snow in the forecast! When I arrived, Kristi greeted me with everything prepped and ready to go. The whole team was so warm and welcoming—they honestly reminded me of the Golden Girls. 😂 Their customer service made the long trip absolutely worth it. They are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about their products. Their workmen showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day.
