Not only did they cover the door under warranty, Joe Cannone explained how I could save money by replacing the part myself. I was able to fix the door, it works like new. The people here are very nice and good to work with.

They never responded at all to the email with the information. I'm going to try calling and if they don't deal with it, we will need to involve the police unfortunately. The driver knew they did it because they informed the person they were delivering to. The area they drove through is now even worse from the rain washing all the loose dirt away. And the company just doesn't respond!

He got stuck, even having to have your dispatcher send out another truck to pull him out. Despite sitting there for quite some time, he never knocked on our door to let us know that he caused significant damage to our yard and broke the HOA sign at the corner. My Ring doorbell camera caught the whole ordeal. My neighbor has been trying to contact his salesperson to see how to get this fixed, and the salesperson is not replying. Please let me know who I need to talk to about getting this fixed. UPDATED: I promptly send over the information that was requested. I got a confirmation email with a ticket number and that it was assigned. A week has now gone by and I haven't heard from anyone.
