  WOW! Where to start with this 5+ star review?! I worked with Couture Flooring and design for my bathroom remodel, and a stair runner install. I worked closely with Annie to pick out bathroom tiles, carpet, and all things design for the bath remodel. Annie was so much fun to work with. She listens, she's personable, knowledgeable, and her communication is stellar. I contacted her a lot. (Sorry but i need to stress... A LOT lol) and she always responded right away, and was always willing to help, and take my calls or text messages. Her work ethic is exactly what you need for a home project or renovation. I also worked with Molly a few times at the shop, and she was super easy to talk to and work with as well. Stephen installed the tiles in the bathroom, and he did such an amazing job! Stephen was super fun to work with, and his attention to detail was awesome. Since I knew Stephen was such a perfectionist - I knew I only wanted him to install the carpet to my main staircase. Once again....Blown away with his attention to detail, and just being so awesome at his trade. I was so impressed with Couture Flooring and design. Even the gentleman that drops off supplies during the project was super nice, and does a great job. I highly recommend working with Molly, Annie, Stephen! and the entire Couture Flooring and design team!! Thanks guys!!

  I had the pleasure of working with Annie and Molly on our new home construction project, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience I had. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to delivering a seamless experience. The service was prompt and timely and my questions were answered immediately, showing a true commitment to customer satisfaction.   The staff here is really knowledgeable and are super friendly. The young lady helping my wife and I really went the extra mile to give us options on flooring and backsplashes. We haven't had this level of service in years. She really enjoys her job and it shows. Do yourself a favor and stop in and you will see.
