  We have had two window installations with this company. For both estimates, Scott came out and was incredibly nice, helpful and informative. Due to Helene, it was a little over a year before the first installation happened. We had a sliding glass door replaced with a big picture window. Installation was fast and the window looked great, when it finally happened. Arranging a time was challenging, as we had difficulty in anyone calling us back. It was several calls before a date was finalized. I get that they are busy, but communication goes a very long way. We decided to have them replace another window that was damaged a few months later. This experience leads me to write this review. Again, Scott came out to quote the job, and, again he was very lovely. We waited and waited to hear about a date for installation, finally I called to arrange. I was given a time a month further out. A few weeks later I was told that there was a delay and it would be another few weeks. My husband and I had to arrange time off work, alter schedules to meet the installers. The installers were very delayed on the day they arrived. The installation was poor. The trim was nailed in place with nail heads exposed. The bottom sill was not level and not properly fixed in place. After several calls to Window World to fix it we finally had a tech come out who didn't fix the problem, then we called again and the service manager agreed to come out to fix the problem himself. What he did was glue the sill down which shortly became unglued. We were so tired of the runaround from Window World, so my husband ended up fixing the issue himself. For an installation of one window over $2000, we thought we'd get better service. We will never use window world again. I'm glad we learned this now, as we had been considering using them to replace all of the windows in our home. I have given 2 stars only on the basis that the first window installation, despite the many calls with no return calls, went beautifully.

  Terrific service start to finish. Had to replace 5 lower sashes due to a (neutered) cat’s repeated spraying. (I know but he is a love). From my first call regarding this to the install it was terrific service. They found the orders for these windows which had been ordered 13 yrs and 2 owners ago. Sent in the new order for the lower sashes (very reasonably priced) and the sashes were here in timely fashion. Jarrett came to install them and was just great. Came on time, answered my questions, provided some tips on a tight window and on window care. It was a really positive experience. Thank you.

  A wonderful experience from start to finish. Kenneth gave detailed information on all the options, specs, costs, and process. The installation team under Ricardo were on time, minimal disruption, completed 5 windows in 4 hours, and vacuumed leaving the rooms and windows spotless. I am so happy with Window World services and product. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and definitely will call them again for future needs.

  4 weeks 8 calls and zero call backs. I should not have to chase down Kenneth the sales guy to order windows. He never returns calls. Never calls back if you leave a voicemail. For the exposure this companies has I expected higher quality customer service. I ordered from a local company with better pricing and superior customer service. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
