  I have never been treated so badly at a store before, literally mad me cry I was so upset that someone would even behave this way. BRYANNA the store manger which is insane to me, that a store manager would behave this way. Me and my husband walked in the store, at about 515pm she doesnt speak nothing, first of all we have spent a lot of money in this store and are return customers! We proceeded to tell her we needed one box of flooring literally one box She says umm I am not gonna help you right now I will let you pay for it but you can come back tomorrow if you want the box, she said I close at 6pm and I am leaving at 6pm on the dot!!! no mater what!!!! She then says that flooring is probably back there under all that other flooring and im leaving at 6! She said this in a horrible tone, I was speechless! The lady that was in front of her another customer said. Please help them I am just looking. I said we traveled far and before I could finish my sentence she huffs and goes to the back of the store. Comes back with the box sits it down slamming it. My husband goes to pick it up she said dont touch that until you PAY! She then goes back to doing something else the customer again speaks up and says please help them and let them pay.. I am fine im just looking!!! She huffs again tells my husband not to touch the box till we pay, she does something on the computer and says you can pay when u teady I say where do I pay she says right there with base in her voice! By then ive had it. I said who is the GM! She said HE GOT FIRED YESTERDAY !! I said so who is over you who can I contact she said NO ONE!. I HOPE WHOEVER OWNS THIS COMPANY SEES THIS. I will never spend another dime here. I will not be racial profiled! By NO ONE I am a professional Christian and I wont be treated this way I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated today it ruined my night. It was humiliating and not OK! There used to be some guys that worked there and they were kind and very helpful. They made me want to spend money in there. I hate they are gone!

  Spent $15,000 and tried to charge me 2 different delivery fees because the treads would be there 3 weeks later then the flooring and needed to get the job started. Tried to reason with the manager but she just spoke over me the whole time.

  Bryanna is an excellent customer service representative. Since she started working in the company she has made a lot of progress in my orders that were stagnant. Bryanna is very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you for all your work.

  Went to pick up some material and was told that the ONE person who was there couldn't lift anything, and the other person working was at the vet... y'all need to tighten up
