They made it so easy and let us change our rental on the fly and even saved us money. We had a track pop off and Wesley at Herc had the mechanic get to our job site by early next day. Wesley was hands down the best customer service experience we’ve had anywhere. We will be doing all renting from you guys from now on. Appreciate yall
- NSnick shipleyJul 17, 20251.0One of thee worst rental experiences I've had in 20 years of construction. I've served as a superintendent for 10 plus years now and I must say I couldn't have been more displeased!! My company rented a 40 f.t. lift from them and they brought us an isolating turd that would reach 20 ft! After that we traded for an extending 60 footer and 40 footer. Both lifts would bog down and barely even run! It would take you 5 times as long to get where you were trying to be! After a "mechanic" came twice!! They operated just the same!! I had to manually use the electric system on the lift to get not only my friend but coworker out of the air 6 plus times!!!On top of all of this ANOTHER contractor on site from out of state used them and 1 of their lifts NEVER OPERATED CORRECTLY! They were charged for over 2 months for a lift that never even worked!!! So 1 out of 4 lifts was even worth a crap! We were so displeased we abandoned herc totally!! So if you're in the Asheville area and need a lift go to UNITED RENTALS!! They had us the proper lift within hours!!! If I could give herc a NEGATIVE star review it would be a negative 5 stars!!!
