  An expensive, embarrassing mess! I’ve e-mailed the owner, and did not hear back! The kitchen had 3 ‘bubbles’ and these folks removed a small chunk of wood from one, leaving a little ridge behind. Oops, they couldn’t do anything about the other 2 because they would have to make a cut too far away from the bubbles. Also, in contract, they were supposed to remove the old vinyl. Only after I noticed they were leaving it down did they remove only part of it. They left part of the old vinyl, as well as the old caulking, next to the bathtub, after I was put-down for questioning it. They covered it up with a quarter-round that was later removed. Also, the quarter-round that was put down is all different colors and has bare-wood ends. They said they could color the ends and that is all they would do. I did have them remove them, and I have to do any remaining work on them myself. ‘Let’s throw it in there and call it a day.’ They would really want it to look this way in their own homes? I would also like to know why someone would make fun of where I’m from (U.S. north), and if my shoes have anything to do with flooring?

  So we got a quote from a big box store to replace carpet on a bedroom, not big by any means. We were quite surprised at the final total on their quote. We decided to stop by Keith's flooring to get a second estimate. Best move we ever made. We saved over 50% on the entire job, and brought the quote more in line with our expectations. Same quality carpet and pad, same incidentals, furniture move, removal of old carpet, etc. The team at Keith's store location were great to talk with, and explained everything. The install team was in and out as they stated, and we were communicated with well from sales thru install. I would highly recommend Keith!

  Had unfinished hardwood flooring installed in the remainder of our home which was three bedrooms with closets. This had to match existing hardwood in the hallway at three different doorways. No problem for Keith’s Quality Flooring. Carpet removed along with particle board underneath, new plywood put down and then the new unfinished hardwood. Sanding, finishing and poly were completed and now we’ve got beautiful floors which match the rest of the flooring beautifully. Couldn’t be happier with the quality workmanship done by this company! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get new flooring.
