- DPDavid PikeDec 26, 20245.0Keith and his team did a wonderful job on our floors. The floors look great, the installers were professional and courteous, and Keith was helpful and responsive. Keith came over to measure our floors and discuss our options. He taught us about our floors and gave us lots of different options depending on our budget. We went to the shop to look at more samples and quickly became overwhelmed with the many brands and colors. Keith was helpful in pointing out popular and affordable brands and let us take home samples to see in our house. Keith was very patient with us and we did not feel any pressure to make decisions. The estimate was detailed so we could easily see the cost breakdown, which was very helpful and allowed us to save some money by doing some work ourselves. The installation team was professional and courteous and quickly pointed out problems they found and described how they would be fixed. After fixing the problems the installers took the time to show us how everything looked and got our approval on the final work. The flooring looks fantastic, the materials are high quality, the cost was competitive and affordable, and everyone at this local business was friendly and helpful. We are so happy that we called Keith and recommend him and his team to anyone looking to update their floors.
