- EMEric MangumDec 24, 20251.0This place is a rip off. They charged me for a full day and I only used it for a half a day which is 4 hours, and I still got charged for 24 hours. My company does a lot of renting from this place and I can guarantee you that we would never rent from here again.

- JKJacob KNov 30, 20155.0good group to work with here. rented a 50' towable manlift. drove it home & realized it wouldn't work for my needs. returned it several hours later & clerk said he'd have to charge me for 1/2 day rental but he'd talk to manager about cutting me a break. manager said no charge. i then had them deliver a larger lift to my house. their delivery charges were $100 each way where sunbelt in raleigh was $200 each way and the daily rental fee was ~$100 less on the lift. not trying to put down sunbelt as i've rented from them before without issue, but hertz had better pricing for my needs
