- EMEric MangumDec 24, 20251.0This place is a rip off. They charged me for a full day and I only used it for a half a day which is 4 hours, and I still got charged for 24 hours. My company does a lot of renting from this place and I can guarantee you that we would never rent from here again.
- CCChrisJan 6, 20101.0I was provided a hertz rental car when I was rear ended. The guy was 30 minutes late to pick me up to begin with. I go in to pick up the car, told the guy I had never rented a car before he said it was easy he would walk me through everything. He sets everything up and asks if I want the extra insurance. Says it is 15 dollars. I say 15 dollars sure. The part he left out was 15 dollars a day. I had the car for two weeks. I call back when I get the bill and ask to speak to the manager, he says his manager is out of the office. I call corporate no one will even speak to me. Manger never would speak to me. Avoid these scam artists. The next month my girlfriend's car was hit (bad two months!) Enterprise was fantastic - on time, and explained the 500 documents they have you sign.
